Religious Freedom Restoration Act

Our use of magic mushrooms as an entheogenic sacrament is protected by the Religious Freedom Restoration Act. We reject the notion that the use of magic mushrooms is a medical treatment as presumed by Colorado's Natural Medicine Health Act, but appreciate acknowledgement that mushrooms are used for spiritual purposes as reflected in the general decriminalization provisions in the NMHA.
